Try to focus on how full you feel and not what it is that you're eating. For example, instead of eating a bunch of fattening ice cream and chips, try eating a big bowl of whole-grain cereal. If you pay close attention you will definitely notice you feel better and fuller than you would eating junk food. Also, try to set a time for yourself that you will be in bed by and stop eating at least 2-3 hours before your scheduled time to sleep. Then you will have time to digest the food and the calories won't build up into fat while you sleep but you will be healthier. Don't ever worry about your weight, worry about your health. How to be curvier at 15?

Crunches help my stomach stay flat and adds a little deffinition. Just do 100 in the morning and 100 at night, but make sure you spread them out otherwise it hurts like hell. the only way u could be compromising the weight training results.. is if you are doing excessive cardio and that would be in the case of you being already very lean.. and doing say 40 mins or more cardio after trainingu need to lift weights for 45 – 60 mins maximumand if u have fat to burn then do cardio for 30- 40 minsif u dont have fat to burn then do cardo for 15- 20 minsalso keep your protein intake hightrain each muscle once a weeki think your best to do cardio after weight training.. because the weight training already burns off carbs… so therefore making it easier to burn fat storage because the weight training did half the job for you…….u can also break up your weight training to 4-5 days a week.. u should only be training 2 muscles maximum a workout 2 weeks ago Thanks for your reply. What ur healthy breakfast ? Items not stated. Normal lunch ? Items not stated Cant lie to u w assurance that 5kg loss in weight is NO PROBLEM !With ur exercise regime : OK. Breakfast is an important meal : healthy meal : no rice, no fried stuff / Oatmeal, any meat(grilled/steam) & HL Milk essential, No beverages : coffee/tea/horlicks etc. Water !Lunch : healthy meal Not Normal meal. Lots of greens&fruits, if meat( grilled/steam). H20/ fresh fruit juice/s.Dinner : salad fine. Greens w/o any kind of salad cream/sauce, fish meat(not fried) , liquid intake Lots. But no snacks/fluid intake after 10pm. No snacks : in between meals.Good luck !
